That day, we lost ourselves in the landscape of Alvadia, in the municipality of Ribeira de Pena. With our heads submerged, we waited for the sky to open into a deep blue, framed by damp, isolated stone walls. This is a land under threat, scarred by recurring wildfires and reshaped by wind and water to feed the gigabattery the Tâmega River has become. An implosion of unease and serenity defines this selection of tracks from the contemporary Portuguese and Spanish scene, shaped through the impulse response recorded at the Alvadia aqueduct.
